Abstract:

Here we present the combined PSL-IOO layout of the PSL table. This is in contrast to T0900610 which shows the PSL part only.
The layout in D0902114 (this document) includes PSL components as well as IOO electro-optics modulators (EOMs) and their mode matching telescope, power control, diagnostic tools, and mode matching telescope from EOMs to in-vacuum Mode Cleaner (MC).
