Notes and Changes:

V5 captures the change from an AD829 opamp to the OP27. This improves the low frequency noise. Slew rate and bandwidth are not a concern in this design due to the inclusion of a rate limiting filter in the front end of the filter chain.

The Gerber files for V3 are still current for the PCB
