Version 5 has a schematic change wherein D12 was found to be backwards on the V4 schematic. V5 corrects this, but the current layout (V3) is still deployed and has not been superseded. The V3 board has the silkscreen for D12 backwards, so care must be taken.
BOM is still current using V4 schematic parts.
