Abstract:

A small (1.2" X 1.75") high gain resonant EOM driver circuit useful for applying up to 30 volts peak to peak across a low capacitance (tens of pf) EOM. Features a 50 ohm source impedance and has been measured to provide 29.8Vp-p output for a 0.19Vp-p input at an RF frequency of 20.9MHz. Circuit should work into the tens of MHz. A monitor of the RF drive is buffered and available on a dedicated connector.
