Ten headings for acceptance:

1. Requirements documentation
https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-T010007 Cavity Optics Suspension Subsystem Design Requirements
Other supporting documentation is listed in E1201040
REFERENCE.

2. Design overview and detailed design documentation
a) Final Design Document
https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-T0900435 HAM Small Triple Suspension (HSTS) Final Design Document
REFERENCE.

b) Review reports
https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-T1200463 Summary of Suspension Final Design Reviews
ACTION - Alastair to review. Summary of Suspension Final Design Reviews, of which items 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 22 are all HAM triple suspension related. References to the reports for each of these reviews are given in this summary document. Comments and answers are below: -

i) Missing top level drawing in D040391
ii) Page C0900935 should have LIGO lab access, but is restricted to procurement
DONE (i) and ii))

iii) In T1100593, section 2.3 on 'wavy blades' should say closed if it is now a closed item. Done. T1100593 has been revised to v10 with a comment added in section 2.3, and the summary document for final design reviews, T1200463 has been updated to refer to v10.

iv) AOSEM document T0900286: Janeen already said they are working on this. At the moment it's a bit empty compared for example to the BOSEM document T050111 ADD TO PUNCH LIST

v) In T1200463, review item 22 'HAM Suspensions Electronics' it references the HLTS final design review. I notice that this says a software review was requested and that would be covered under the acceptance review. Should we be reviewing the software at this point or waiting for HLTS acceptance?
Norna has asked Dennis for advice on this. 4th Sept 2013 Update from Norna 13 Nov 2013. Dennis agrees that review of software as part of acceptance is OK. CLOSED

vi) On the webpage for HAM Suspensions Electronics: https://awiki.ligo-wa.caltech.edu/aLIGO/HLTS_Design_Reviews The final item on the page 'Production Plans' references section 3.2 of T1000061. In this document there is no section 3.2.
Addressed. The production plans were in v1 of T1000061, so link now points to that version.

vii) C0900024 should have LIGO lab access, but is restricted to procurement DONE

viii) Missing top level drawing in D0900293
ix) D060488 is missing top level drawing. This is an eLIGO part, but the drawing is referenced in the FDR documentation, so at some point this need populated or the reference changed.
The above two OMCS related, Not relevant for HSTS acceptance.

c) Supporting design documents. Supporting design docs are listed in E1201040. REFERENCE.

d) Drawings
https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-D040391 HSTS Overall Assembly and Assembly Fixtures

REFERENCE.

e) Bills of Materials These are on assembly drawings REFERENCE.

f) Interface control RODAs are listed in section7.1 of the final design document T0900435 Fabrice to review.
Verbal confirmation. No comments

g) Software Software is documented on the SVN. Further details of how to access can be found in Section 8 of E1201040
SEE BELOW.

h) Design source data
Mechanical CAD models are in PDM works and electronics CAD models are available on LIGO Lab archives

REFERENCE. CAD FILES CONFIRMED PRESENT. CIT. Rich to check electronics? (Rich has checked and the drawings look great)

3. Materials and fabrication specification
https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-E0900023 PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING CANTILEVER SPRING BLADES FOR AdvLIGO This is referenced on all drawings for blades.

OKAY AS ALREADY REVIEWED and SIGNED OFF BY SYSTEMS.

4. Parts and in-process spares inventoried
Assemblies are recorded in ICS. Individual spare mechanical parts which have gone through clean and bake are in general recorded in ICS. In some cases spare sub-assemblies have been put together but not yet recorded as such. Electronics are recorded using the S-number scheme. A separate document has been prepared which summarises storing of spare parts, see T1300908.

NOT PROJECT JOB TO DO. ORGANIZE SPARES IS OPS. THIS SHOULD BE ADDED TO PUNCH LIST TO REMIND TO ASK AGAIN. CLOSED

5. Assembly procedures
https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-E030518 HSTS Assembly Procedure
This is the main assembly document. Other assembly and maintenance procedures (gluing prisms and magnets, storing 3rd interferometer parts) are listed in E1201040.
PROCEDURE PRESENT. NOTED HAS 24 REVISIONS and a FAIR HEFT. CIT NOTES THAT IT IS NOT RELEASED VIA A DCN. DESPITE THIS SUS SHOULD START USING DCN's NOW FOR PROCEDURES AS WELL AS DRAWINGS. THIS NOTE IS NOT PART OF THE REVIEW..

6. Installation procedures
https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-E0900334 HSTS Installation Procedure
https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-T1000097 Input Optics Installation Plan
Chamber installation procedures are particular to each suspension.
NORNA / JANEEN - Please add links from E0900334 (and T1000097, might be linked already) to the HAM Installation documents.
DONE - Norna 6th Sept 2013

7. Test documents
Suspension testing: https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-G1200070 Ideal Order/Contents of aLIGO Triple SUS Testing / Commissioning
Testing related documentation is kept on the SVN repository, as are transfer functions, spectra and B&K results. Further details are given in the E1201040 overarching document including DCC links to other test results such as OSEMs, blades, vibration absorbers etc.
Electronics testing: The results of reports are posted under the serial number of the chassis. Further details in E1201040.
Rich to review Electronics testing and Celine to review suspension testing. Refer to E1201040-v7_HSTS_General Acceptance_Doc. for further information and how to find this. The review should be a look at what testing do we do not specific results. This might be as simple as confirming relevant documentation is present. Rich checked using the example in E1201040. The sampling I followed for LLO looks fine. Unfortunately, I was not able to find the LHO tree to burrow down. Also, the test data in the trees is not really organized by function (HSTS etc.), so I wasn't really able to do 100% verification.

(Norna 23rd March 2014): A useful link for key testing procedures is the Checkout/Testing page in the Operation Manual at
https://awiki.ligo-wa.caltech.edu/aLIGO/Suspensions/OpsManual/Testing

ADD LHO TREE TO PUNCH LIST

8. User interface software
This is found on the SVN. Further details in E1201040.

Rich Abbott: Can't say for sure whether it's all there or not, but there appears to be a lot of relevant files in the SVN.

Norna 19 March 2014: SVN section in document has had more details added

9. Operation Manual
https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-E1200633 aLIGO SUS Operation Manual
This covers quads and triple suspensions due to large element of commonality
Jeff Lewis to review

ADD TO PUNCH LIST

10. Safety
https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-E0900332 HSTS Assembly and Installation Hazard Analysis
ACTION - David Nolting passed this.
