Abstract:

ETM08 HR coating absorption measurement at Caltech OTF.

As of -v4 ETM08 has has S1 re-polished and re-coated.
2 absorbing points are found within an 80 mm central diameter.
100+ ppm, ⌀ =3.2 µm, R = 24 mm
300 ppm, ⌀ = 5.4 µm, R = 25 mm
