Abstract:
3rd IFO SUS PRM Acceptance Document

For General Acceptance Documentation common for all HSTS refer to

PUNCH LIST - 1) Cross coupling observed of vertical into roll / pitch. Suppressed when damping on. Noted. Accepted. No Action.

SIGNED - Calum Torrie signature on 2nd April 2014 closes this Acceptance Doc on behalf of chair and committee .

Punchlist items and their resolution will be tracked in T1400181. They will not be updated on this Acceptance Document filecard.

II. Documents for Review (against list from M1100282)
Top Assembly Name:
DOES NOT EXIST YET AdvLIGO SUS HAM2-I1, XYZ Local CS for HSTS (PRM) Sub-Assy
QUESTION TO REVIEWERS - Will systems be creating layouts for I1? Or do we "accept" it without it?

ICS Assembly #:
- ICS Assembly Load: https://ics-redux.ligo-la.caltech.edu/JIRA/browse/ASSY-D020700-117

Acceptance document:
This filecard serves as the acceptance document for I1-PRM.

ICS inventory
ACTION - All to "find" an item and comment on success and structure

S-numbers
Electronics for I1 have been inventoried, but Rack Layouts and/or individual S numbers have not yet been assigned to specific HSTSs.
QUESTION TO REVIEWERS - Is this OK? Should we dig up chassis test reports performed by CDS? I think chassis are being stored in Racks in the H2 Electronics Room; seems like we could treat them as though that was their "installed" location, and treat the inventory as LLO has with a DCC tree structure.

Test results:
- Calibrated, M1toM1 Transfer Functions (DAMPING OFF): https://alog.ligo-wa.caltech.edu/aLOG/index.php?callRep=6127
- Calibrated, M1toM1 Transfer Functions (DAMPING ON): https://alog.ligo-wa.caltech.edu/aLOG/index.php?callRep=6127
Note: "The ~0.85 Hz feature observed by Jeff B coupling into roll and pitch DOFs I [S.A.] believe is the first vertical mode, which appears particularity energetic (maybe due to noise or excitation), with its energy bleeding into the other DOFs. Hence, damping loops suppress this feature."

- Calibrated, M2toM2 Transfer Functions (DAMPING OFF):
DOES NOT EXIST YET (Not a part of Phase 1 Testing)
SO ACCEPT WITHOUT. CIT. APPLIES TO ALL.

- Calibrated, M3toM3 Transfer Functions (DAMPING OFF):
DOES NOT EXIST YET (Not a part of Phase 1 Testing)
SO ACCEPT WITHOUT. CIT. APPLIES TO ALL.

- Calibrated OSEM Sensor ASDs, All Stages (DAMPING OFF): https://alog.ligo-wa.caltech.edu/aLOG/index.php?callRep=6127
- Calibrated OSEM Sensor ASDs, All Stages (DAMPING ON): https://alog.ligo-wa.caltech.edu/aLOG/index.php?callRep=6127

- B&K Hammer Cage Resonance Transfer Functions:
DOES NOT EXIST YET (Not a part of Phase 1 Testing)
QUESTION TO REVIEWERS - Should we take B&K Hammer TFs now? As we know, the results depend heavily on what the SUS is mounted and the connection itself. May not get representative data.
NO ACCEPT WITHOUT. CIT. APPLIES TO ALL.

- Coil Driver Noise:
DOES NOT EXIST YET (Not a part of Phase 1 Testing)
QUESTION TO REVIEWERS - Is this OK? Should we dig up chassis test reports performed by CDS?
NO ACCEPT WITHOUT. CIT. APPLIES TO ALL.

- Coil Driver Response in all states:
DOES NOT EXIST YET (Not a part of Phase 1 Testing)
QUESTION TO REVIEWERS - Is this OK? Should we dig up chassis test reports performed by CDS?
NO ACCEPT WITHOUT. CIT. APPLIES TO ALL.

- Violin Mode Frequencies and Q:
DOES NOT EXIST YET (Not a part of Phase 1 Testing)
Evaluated inteferometrically for L1 SUS MC2, which has been deemed representative for all HSTSs. See

Channel/Signal List and Calibrations
For latest measurements of OSEM Sensor's Open Light Current, See
https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-E1200343-v50
Otherwise calibrations are assumed to be as shown in HSTS Control Design Description,
https://dcc.ligo.org/LIGO-T1000061
with a roughly 20% uncertainty (determined by the worst discrepancy seen between modeled and measured transfer functions across all DOFs and many HSTSs).
