Abstract:

ETM11 HR TIS measurement at Caltech OTF.
ETM11 is measured again in order to track change in scatter. It appears to have slowed or stopped.

We currently cannot explain the discrepancy (page 2) observed between measurements in Feb. 2015 and Sept. 2016. Scatter measurements of other optics are repeatable.
