ECR: Correct channel assignment for CLF_REFL_RF6

Abstract:

Due to an error in T1100472 the readback channels for the OMC PZTs were assigned 2 ADC channels, when in reality 4 are used. The SQZ used the 2 “unused” channels for readbacks for the CLF REFL RF6. To fix this we need to reconfigure the ADC concentrator and reconnect a few cables.
