Abstract:

FTIR: Nozzle Baffles x4 D1800227.

STATUS:
PASSED - Based on the Acceptance acceptance criteria for pre-bake FTIR results are NVR Level A/20 (or = 0.05 micrograms/cm2) per MIL-STD-1246C or IEST-STD-CC1246D and LIGO-E0900480-v5.

SUMMARY:
Total Area Sampled: 40 sq in.
Details:
Pre-bake.
DLC coated stainless steel.
Surface samples only.
4"x 2.5" area sampled on each part.
4x Unique Parts Sampled.
2x passes on each sample.

NOTE:
Edited material description in abstract, which previously stated Black Nickel; did not change the pdf form, as JPL received the version shown (incorrectly stating Black Nickel coating, actually is DLC).
