State estimators for integrated SEI-SUS control

State estimators can be used to leverage the extra information from sensors and drives for better suspension control. This scheme might be beneficial in reducing the coupling of OSEM sensor noise into motion of the auxiliary degrees of freedom of the interferometer. We present our first results at exploring the feasibility of state estimation for suspension control, the goal is to demonstrate these techniques in the Stanford ETF, and then move on to implement them in the Filter Cavity Suspensions.
