dark_current_correlation.pdf
- Distribution of the dark current at 0V bias compared with the dark current at 5V bias.
I knew that the elements which have high dark current was noisy. So the GO/NO-GO criteria based on teh shotnoise for 10nA DC current was applied.

- Histogram of the dark current at 0V bias for the qualified elements.
Mean and Std: 11 +/- 21 pA
