Realized that the 2*E_lambda quantum noise is not correct for general noise-limited sensitivity calculations. Must use E_lambda / 2 for quantum PSD. Drops safe limit on all curves by a factor of 2 ASD, lowering margins but not changing design conclusions.

Version 3: includes the calculation of vertical to longitudinal noise coupling due to a possible inclination of the filter cavity beam axis by 3 mrad, as well as a summary of the the calculation done by Mike Z. et al about requirements of the vacuum system.
