            Dylan modified this chassis to have a different filter capacitor on the monitors of each quadrant drive.  The capacitor (C32 on D15000016) was 1uF and is now 0.01uF.  The effect of this is to change the measured transfer function in the test report from -44dB/-152deg to -16dB/-78deg at 1kHz.  These units still have C36 = 1uF in each quadrant drive.

            The complete list of changes for this unit can be summarized as follows:
            
            v3 - Component value changes per ECR E1500341
            1.  Changed C32 in monitoring amplifier from 1uF to 10nF to put the pole frequency at the intended 1kHz
            2.  Changed C36 in the summing node from 1uF to 0.047uF to increase the dynamic range of the normal quadrant path such that inspiral waveforms may be adequately injected at higher frequencies
            3.  Corrected typo on DAC noise spectrum from 800uV to 800nV

            Modified ETM LV ESD Driver Chassis per ECR1600230. Added 1nF and 22V TVS diode. Modifications were done to all four channels.
