    01/26/2018 - LLO - Repair (After applying the wrong voltages, +260 and -120 V, and the boards had R52 installed instead of R49)

            Removed 0 ohm resister from R52 (configuration for HVPZT) and installed for R49 (configuration for MVPZT).
            
            Due too the excess voltage applied needed to replace the following parts:
            
            D12, D13, D9, D10, U10
